What will AI really do to the job market and employment?

As business moves forward in developing more AI powered, “smarter” tools and robots able to the workers of today more efficient and capable of greater levels of productivity than ever before.  In some cases, human participation may no longer be needed at all to complete many jobs humans do now.

Our program reviews these and other AI workforce developments against the backdrop of estimates that 75M to 375M workers globally will need to switch occupational categories and retrain for new skills to stay employed in just the next 12 year alone. Are there limits to what we should use AI and automation to perform?  How do we define them?  Ideas to remediate
