AI Privacy and Data

Your Mobile Phone Knows Where You Are And So Does Authorities

AI and AI driven data analytics has given business and government new abilities to predict events as well as consumer choices with remarkable reliability. New insights and behavior patterns only seen by AI have allowed institutions to increase profits and improve efficiency.

This is costing everyone their privacy.  Monitoring and tracking tools with mobile devices gather more data than any time in history.  In the wrong hands data can financially ruin consumers or cost individual’s employment.  Efforts to improve privacy using biometric data creates greater security but if misused it can identify outspoken protestors. Tech firms are under growing pressure to solve these issues and cities are considering new legislation in the ongoing struggle to find the right balance for access to our data.
