Can AI make the world safer?:

The world is changing and the increasing speed of internet time is also changing the nature of international relations and armed conflict. AI is rapidly becoming the next “International Space Race”.

It will be a global competition since the next world superpower will be an AI driven superpower. Our discussion topics cover current uses of social media by foreign actors to promote their agendas. Other topics include how they might predict the behavior of their adversaries and their friends in advance, allowing them to make highly fast and efficient AI driven command and control decisions minimizing risk, cost and damage.
