Andrea de Souza

She is responsible for helping to drive the company’s growth and innovation strategies across the healthcare ecosystem. De Souza partners with thought leaders and organizations to accelerate the use of AI for evidence-based medicine. De Souza has over 20 years of experience in working at the intersection of technology and the business of drug discovery, development, manufacture and commercialization. Prior to joining NVIDIA in 2016, she served in leadership positions at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT, and Amgen. De Souza holds a Bachelor of Science in animal physiology from the University of California, Davis, a Master of Arts in health administration from the University of San Francisco, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. She also serves on an Informatics Advisory Committee for the National Institutes of Diabetes, Digestive Diseases and Kidney Diseases.
