Over the last few years, virtual assistants, such as Alexa, Cortana, etc., have invaded our homes to tackle a variety of tasks (from question & answering to automation). As part of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, we have developed the CCH AnswerConnect Tax Assistant voice-enabled assistant, which leverages machine learning to recognize key tax topics and questions. More specifically, this virtual assistant enables tax professionals to ask question with their voice and get instant answers freeing-up their time to do so much more.
