Bio: 
Bich-Thuy Le has a passion for innovative solutions and finds challenges irresistible. Whether it is building an enterprise platform at the global level for Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries or developing highly effective organizations, she leverages leading edge technologies to look for new ways to optimize and transform the business. Currently Bich-Thuy heads a very talented organization of data scientists and engineers at Allstate to develop customized, advance analytics and AI platforms at the enterprise level. She has received awards and recognition for her leadership and product innovation. When Bich-Thuy is not mentoring students and innovators as part of the Society of Women Engineers program, MATTER Chicago Innovation Mentors, and Chicago Innovations Women Co-Op Mentorship, she is either romping around the great outdoors with her husband and two daughters, using her family as Guinea pigs to try out her cooking, or pushing her comfort zone by joining a book club that takes her away from Science Fiction and Fantasy books.
