Lisa takes a strategic and practical approach to solving business issues. She focuses on developing a strategic path, implementing growth strategies and leading her team toward successful, measurable results. Among her accomplishments, her startup has received the up-and- comer Chicago Innovation Award, was recognized as a leader in digital innovation by A.T. Kearney, WiSTEM accelerator participant, 1871 Advance Member Program participant, and recognized in Chicago as a top-five Chicago startup to watch. She is a guest speaker/lecturer at Northwestern University, has presented at Groupon ARA Women’s events, and WBENC at Facebook in Silicon Valley. She is a member of 1871, WiSTEM, the Chicago Connectory and Chicago Founders Circle. Before joining Proxfinity, she was focused on building B2B brands, sales, and multi-market team leadership.
